1. Purpose
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Cancellation (CGV-CGA) apply to all reservations for services offered by the event production company Talance Consulting (hereinafter “the Organizer”), a company registered with the Melun Trade and Companies Register under SIREN number 482196177, whose head office is located at 1 rue Augereau, 77000 Melun, France, for the European Summer Pride event taking place in Faro (Portugal) from September 26 to October 3, 2026. These services include:
- Event Pass (access to activities, parties and services included).
- Excursions, dinners and activities offered as part of the event.
Accommodation and transport are not included in the services sold by the Organizer. Customers must book their accommodation and transport directly with the accommodation providers, in particular those recommended on the European Summer Pride website.
Article 2 – Accommodation and transport
The Organizer does not offer an accommodation reservation service.
Participants must book their accommodation directly with the hosts of their choice, especially those recommended on the European Summer Pride website.
The information provided by the Organizer concerning the recommended accommodation (names, contact details, descriptions, room sizes, facilities, photos, etc.) is given for information only and is not guaranteed.
- The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions or changes in thess informations
. - It is the participant’s responsibility to check conditions, availability, facilities and rates directly with the accommodation provider before booking.
- The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any disputes, cancellations or inconveniences related to the accommodation chosen by the participant.
Participants must also book their own transport (plane, train, bus) to get to the event.
The information provided by the Organizer concerning recommended transport (means of transport, names and details of transport companies, origin and destination of transport, etc.) is given for information only and is not guaranteed.

. - It is the participant’s responsibility to check conditions, availability and fares directly with the transport company before booking.
- The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any disputes, cancellations or inconveniences related to the delivery method chosen by the participant.
3. Reservations and payment
- Online booking: Bookings can only be made via the official www.europeansummerpride.com website.
- Confirmation: Written confirmation (email) is sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Without written confirmation, the reservation is not guaranteed.
- Payment:
- A deposit of 30% of the total amount is payable on booking, with the balance due by midnight CET on August 26, 2026. For bookings on or after August 27, 2026, payment of 100% of the total amount is required.
- Payment methods accepted: Visa or Mastercard (via secure platform), with the exception of American Express.
- No reservation will be validated without payment of the deposit and the balance before August 26, 2026 at midnight CET.
4. Cancellation and refund
- Cancellation by the customer:
- Until August 26, 2026 at midnight CET : full refund, excluding handling fees (10% of the total amount).
- From August 27, 2026: the cancellation penalty is 100% of the total amount.
We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. The Organizer declines all responsibility in the event of cancellation for personal reasons (illness, unforeseen circumstances, etc.).
Any booking not paid for by August 26, 2026 at midnight CET may be cancelled without notice and without refund.
- Cancellation by the Organizer:
- In the event of cancellation of the event (force majeure, insufficient number of participants, etc.), the Organizer will reimburse all sums paid within 14 days.
- The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer (transport tickets, accommodation, etc.).
5. Modification of Services
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify the program (times, locations, activities) for reasons beyond its control (weather, strikes, etc.).
- In the event of a major modification, the customer will be informed at least 7 days before the event. If the modification is not acceptable, the customer may cancel the reservation and receive a refund (excluding booking fees).
6. Event Pass
- The Event Pass is nominal and non-transferable.
- It gives access to the activities, evenings and services included in the booked offer and allows you to book the options presented on the European Summer Pride website.
- Lost, stolen or damaged Event Passes will not be replaced or refunded. To continue to benefit from the services available with the Event Pass, the customer must purchase a new one at the on-site sales price.
- Control: The Pass must be presented at each activity. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse access in the event of non-presentation.
- Depending on attendance, advance sales of Event Passes may be suspended at any time, and on-site sales, for the same reason, are not guaranteed.
The sale of the Event Pass is subject to “early booking” conditions; the price of the Event Pass increases by €10 on the first day of each month from February1, 2026.
On arrival, customers will receive their Event Pass in the form of a wristband. Customers must keep the wristband throughout the week to gain access to events accessible with the Event Pass.
7. Excursions, Dinners and Activities
- Places are limited: Reservations are subject to availability. For this reason, we strongly recommend booking options in advance on the European Summer Pride website. The possibility of booking options on site is not guaranteed, and if this is possible, an increase in price over that indicated on the European Summer Pride website is possible.
- Quantity : for a given option, the customer cannot reserve a quantity greater than the number of Event Passes in his or her file.
- Cancellation:
- The cancellation conditions set out in paragraph 4 apply to each cancelled service. In particular, any option may be cancelled and reimbursed if the number of participants is insufficient.
On arrival, customers will be given a welcome pack containing vouchers for all services booked. The voucher must be presented at the start of the corresponding service in order to benefit from it.
Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers will not be replaced or reimbursed.
In the event of non-arrival at the start of the service, within the scheduled reception time, the customer will not be reimbursed.
8. Responsibilities
- The Organizer cannot be held responsible:
- Theft, loss or damage suffered by the customer during the event.
- Accidents or incidents occurring during the activities (except proven fault of the Organizer).
- Inconvenience caused by third parties (hosts, carriers, etc.).
- The customer is responsible for his or her own behavior and undertakes to respect the rules of safety and good conduct.
9. Personal data
- The data collected is used solely for the organization of the event and related communication.
- In accordance with the RGPD, customers have the right to access, rectify and delete their data.
10. Disputes
- Any dispute will be subject to French law.
- In the event of persistent disagreement, the courts of Melun (France) shall have sole jurisdiction.
11. Acceptance of CGV-CGA
- All reservations imply unreserved acceptance of these GTC-CGA.
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will apply to new bookings.
